TO PLACE AN ORDER:
Simply select the size on each product you wish to purchase and add to cart. When done, click on your shopping cart or go direct to the checkout. You will be able to fill in your payment, billing and delivery details. It's that simple.
I WANT TO CHANGE MY ORDER!
Any minor changes, email us ASAP! We cannot amend address details once payment has been processed for security reasons - so ensure you give us all the correct details on the payment page.
CANCEL MY ORDER?
Please contact us, via the contact us page, within 12 hours of making your purchase with any cancellations - as order processing is fast. We cannot cancel your order once the order is shipped out.

EXCHANGE RATES:
All our prices are listed in USD, and you will be charged in USD. If you're outside of the US, your bank or credit card company will convert the amount to your local currency.

SHIPPING:
Shipping Information
La Sonmai orders are delivered Monday to Friday between 9am and 5pm. As every order is unique, shipping costs will vary depending on the size, weight and destination of your chosen items. For those last minute purchases, Express delivery is available to most destinations and Same Day delivery is offered in select cities.
All relevant delivery options available for your order and to your destination will be displayed at checkout.
Shipping Times:
Express Shipping: Most of Asian countries: delivery within 3-7 business days. Rest of the world: delivery within 7-10 business days.
Standard Shipping: Delivery time may vary from 12-18 days.
Please keep in mind that our shipping times should be used as a guide only and are based on time from dispatch. La Sonmai cannot take responsibility for customs clearance delays or failed payment approval, though we will try to minimise any potential delays.
