Exchange and return policy:
We accept exchange in following occasions
- We allow customers to modify his/her order within 24 hours of payment received. That means after 24 hours we will proceed your order and no modification will be allowed.
- Damaged product: We will accept exchange if you have received our product in damaged condition. We only accept exchange request within 3 days from the day you received the item.
- Exchange to another product: We will accept one time exchange if you wish to change your recent purchase to another item. Surcharge may apply due to pricing differences.
- Returns must be in their original condition and in their original packaging, unworn, unwashed and complete with their original labels and tags. Any promotional items included free of charge must also be returned shall the order be returned in full - or charged against any refund or credit.
- We will apply standard shipping for all exchange orders (which takes 10-20 days). If you wish to upgrade your exchange order to express shipping, please contact us via: email@example.com
For orders that has been damaged while received due to manufacturing or shipping we will re-sent the order without any charge.
Note: We only accept exchange and return within 3 days after the order has been delivered (we will use online tracking system to check on the delivery date)
Since our products are limited we will not accept return nor refund if you are not satisfied with our products.
We do not accept return nor refund in case of ordering the wrong type of phone case, we will help you exchange it (the customer need to pay for the shipping fee).
